Mould Carrier
Purpose: Designed to Carry and hold the Polyurethan Injection Mold under pressure during expansion cycle polyurethan material. Clamping pressure up to 10 tons.
Number of Components: 50 ~ 75 (excluding fasteners)
Inputs Required: Process Sequence, required clamping pressure and cycle time. Drawings of neccessary dimensions of hydraulic cylinders, linear and ball bearings, Mould drawings with outerdimensions, special material requirements and manufacturing limitations if any.
Design time: 100 hours (appx)
Drafting Time: 120 hours (appx)

Output: Complete 3D model, 2D drawings of each component, Manufacturing Instructions, Mechanism Simulation, collision detection, Rendered Images and complete bill of material.
Delay Station for Head Lamps
Purpose: The machine was designed to allow a delay of 12 mins for the curing of sealant used to seal the lens of head lamp with its body.
